Our Services

  • At Natural Nest Play Café – Middletown, we offer two-hour play sessions created to give your child plenty of time to explore, imagine, and connect in a calm, nature-inspired environment. Our space encourages open-ended play, creativity, and meaningful social interaction — without the overwhelm of large, crowded play centers.

    How It Works

    • Each reservation includes one full two-hour play session

    • Designed for infants, toddlers, and young children

    • A parent or caregiver must remain onsite during the entire session

    • Space is intentionally limited to ensure a safe, comfortable, and uncrowded experience

    To help us maintain a clean and cozy environment for everyone:

    • No shoes are allowed in the play area

    • Socks are required for all children and adults

    Whether you’re planning a special outing or simply looking for a peaceful place to play, our reserved sessions provide a welcoming space where children can thrive — and caregivers can relax and connect.

  • Co-working at Natural Nest Play Cafe is designed for working parents who need a productive space without leaving their little ones behind. Get your work done in our cafe space with access to our free Wi-Fi. While you work, your child(ren) can play in our supervised environment — giving you the balance of productivity and presence.

    Please note that parents must remain on-site at all times, and responsibilities such as meals, diaper changes, and bathroom breaks remain yours. Experience a supportive community of fellow working parents and save when you join with a Co-working Membership.

  • Get ready to wiggle, wonder, create, and connect! At The Nest, our classes are designed to spark joy, movement, creativity, and connection — all in a warm, welcoming space where little ones feel safe to explore and grow. Little Baby Playgroup

Join us for a warm, supportive 6-week playgroup designed especially for our tiniest Nesters and their grown-ups. Led by Sarah—Infant PT and mama of three—this 90-minute experience includes 45 minutes of guided developmental play and education, followed by 45 minutes of relaxed connection and conversation with other parents in the same beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming!) stage of life.

Each week explores an evidence-informed topic to help you feel confident and calm in supporting your baby’s development, including:

  • Tummy Time made easy

  • Baby wearing tips & safety

  • Baby massage basics

  • Developmentally appropriate toys & gear (what you actually need!)

  • Purposeful play for rolling

  • Movement milestone myths—busted

You’ll receive hands-on guidance, practical tips you can use immediately, and space to ask all your questions. Guest experts join select weeks to chat about topics like starting solids, gentle parenting, women’s health PT, and postpartum anxiety.

To keep things cozy and low-stimulation, Open Play is closed during group time and enrollment is limited to just 8 parent-baby pairs. Siblings are welcome at a discounted rate ($8), with a Play Attendant available so you can focus on your baby.

    Our open play sessions give children the freedom to explore thoughtfully curated play spaces designed to spark imagination, independence, and confidence. From hands on sensory activities to movement based play, little ones can learn naturally through discovery.

    🎉 Private Parties & Special Events

    Celebrate birthdays and milestones in a cozy, nature inspired setting. We offer private party packages for birthdays and other special occasions, giving families exclusive access to the space for a joyful, stress free celebration.

    📚 Classes for Children & Caregivers

    We host a variety of enriching classes designed for both children and parents. These may include music and movement, art, early learning workshops, and caregiver connection groups. Our classes support development while strengthening the bond between child and adult.

    🧡 Therapy Friendly Space

    We proudly offer opportunities for pediatric rehab therapists to use our space to work with their young clients. Our natural play environment provides a functional and engaging setting to help children meet developmental goals while feeling comfortable and supported.

  • Reservations are not required, but they are highly recommended.

    We intentionally limit the number of children in the play area at any given time to ensure a safe, calm, and enjoyable experience for everyone. While walk ins are always welcome, reserving your spot in advance is the best way to guarantee space. You are also welcome to contact us ahead of your visit to confirm availability.

    For classes and special themed events, advanced reservations are strongly encouraged. These offerings often fill quickly and may sell out.

  • We like to keep things simple so you can focus on fun.

    Socks are required in the play area for both children and adults. For cleanliness and safety, shoes and bare feet are not permitted. If you forget your socks, feel free to check with us when you arrive.

    You are welcome to bring drinks and snacks for your family. We also offer a selection of snacks and beverages for both children and adults available for purchase.

    All families must have a signed waiver on file before entering the play space. You can complete your waiver online ahead of time or fill one out when you arrive. Once your waiver is submitted, we keep it on file for future visits, so you only need to complete it once.
